Big Brother 8: Focus This Season is God and Prayer

Big Brother, Season 8 began with a lame cast of players. It did not seem to catch my family's attention like other seasons before them. We decided to watch and follow along anyway. Now we can hardly wait to see the results and often tape the late night "Big Brother House" moments, so we know what to expect for the next TV show.

This season has been on in which "God" and personal-prayer life have been up-front and personal. We have heard Amber (a 27-year-old cocktail waitress, from Las Vegas, Nevada) cry out in tearful prayers, dozens of times during her stay in the Big Brother house. We also witnessed her lose her temper and cuss up a storm also. Then we met Jameka (a 28-year-old school counselor from Waldorf, Maryland) also spill out her heart to God and pray. She re-freshened Zach's (a 30 year old, Graphic Designer, from Burbank, California) own faith and we saw him use his Head Of House position to give Jameka a chance to survive in the house, by nominating both the Denato's, placing them up for eviction.

Unfortunately for Jameka, Daniele ( a 20-year-old waitress from Huntington Beach, California) won the power of veto and took her dad off the block. Jameka was then voted out of the house by Daniele's father, Dick ( a 44-year-old bar manager from Los Angeles). The world has strong opinions about "Dick."
