Come on down! No longer will we be hearing the wonderful Bob Barker shout those famous three words, but instead Drew Carey will be giving The Price Is Right his own flavor as the show's new host. Funny man Drew Carey - who would have ever thought he would be the next Bob Barker? The newly-hosted show is currently taping during the Fall. If you want to join in, be a part of history, and possibly win some fabulous prizes, grab yourself and some friends a few free tickets to The Price Is Right this season!

The show is specifically taping September 11, 12, 13, 24, 25, 26 and October 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, and 25. Tapings are at 1 and 4pm each of those days. These taped shows will air late February through mid to late June of 2008.

The most convenient way to get your tickets is online at CBS's Eye-Ticketing. You don't have to wait in line and you have access to your tickets at any time. You are limited to 4 tickets per email address and you're able to print them out instantly.

Another way to get Price Is Right tickets is by writing into the show and requesting them. Send a self-addressed, stamped-envelope with a letter stating the number of tickets you would like and the specific day and hour you want to attend. By writing in, you are limited to 10 total tickets. The address you will send your request to is also the same building where the show is taped and where you will need to go to attend a taping. The Price Is Right Tickets, 7800 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036.

The final option in receiving tickets is by picking up tickets at their booth. Tickets are available before tapings, even on the same day as tapings. The booth will open at 7:30am and close at 5pm on taping days. On non-taping days, the hours are 9am to 5pm.

Admission to the studio is on a first-come, first-served basis for ticket holders. The Price Is Right does everything in their power to ensure a full audience at each taping, so even though you were given a free ticket, there may not be any space for you at that day and time.

Takeaways
  • Drew Carey is the show's new host
  • You can get tickets online, by mail, or at the studio's booth.
  • Even though you have a ticket, you are not guaranteed a seat.
