It helps if your family is supportive of your decision to work at home. Your family and kids may demand your attention, your neighbors could drop in for a chat, dogs barking, and even the daytime soap operas can be seen as distractions from you completing your work. Work at home and being their own boss is what so many people are dreaming about these days. People today prefer to work in their own homes rather than work in an office with limited or no freedom and a demanding boss.
