Ho, Ho, Ho!!! Everybody loves Christmas, and everybody hates Christmas all at the same time. Especially when it comes to buying gifts for those whom are difficult to buy for. Teens in particular! I never ever know what to get for teens. They seem like creatures of the night, that will suck your blood or give you the middle finger if you buy them something that sucks. Most teens I know are in that dark era in their lives. When painting their walls black, and blasting rock music day and night is common behavior. As much as I can relate to them (we were all teens at once), I can't stand them.
The kids I once babysat for next door to me are now in their teens. Ashley in particular is one dark little princess, and her little brother he's into Japanese culture. This makes it easy for me to buy him something. I know what he likes...Ashley however...not so much!
Last year when we exchanged gifts I gave her a makeup set. I mean she was 13, what little 13 year old doesn't love makeup at this age? Umm...apparently Ashley. While taking a peek in her room to wish her a merry freakin Christmas I noticed a nice collection of McFarlane toys. I knew these toys all too well, because I too have collected them in my past. I even will buy a neat figure from McFarlane if it catches my eye as something cool.
This year I came across the neatest Christmas gifts for that freaky little teen witch next door. While browsing for new released McFarlane toys, I came across a set of figures that I could pre-order. The McFarlane Twisted Christmas figures.
The moment I got a look at what these unique and super creepy figures had to offer, I wanted them for myself. Forget about the brat next door! I wanted to whole set! I wanted the evil Santa, and the sexy Mrs. Claus, I wanted the reindeer that looked like he had gotten into a case of steroids! I wanted them all.
I knew they would make for one sweet Christmas decoration in my home...but...they were just, too creepy and I knew that they were designed for Christmas, but they looked like they would make better Halloween decorations than Christmas ones; when everything is supposed to be cheery.
