USC remains the top dog in the Pac-10 but many teams in the Pac-10 are continuing to improve and those two teams on USC's heels have already taken out Tennessee and Michigan. Will someone finally defeat USC for the Pac-10? Here are ten games that could have a been impact on the Pac-10 standings.

Arizona at California - September 22nd
California and Arizona, the battle of two college football juggernauts. Okay, maybe not, but I'm sure California has this game circled on the calendar. Last season the Wildcats upset California. If California had not lost that game then California would've done the unthinkable and won the Pac-10 over USC.

Washington at UCLA - September 22nd
Over the past few years USC has been the favorite in Pac-10 with Oregon and California being the on the next level of contenders. Washington and UCLA are both trying to break into that category and whichever one loses this early game will have a hard time keeping up in the standings.

California at Oregon - September 29th
California and Oregon are the two teams that have been fighting to try and knock off USC. Before either one gets their shot at USC they have to battle each other for what could ultimately be the fight for second place in the Pac-10.

California at UCLA - October 20th
This game is the battle between those two other teams in California. USC has a strangle hold on the Pac-10 and the state of California. The team that is victorious in this game will have a chance of beating USC and maybe taking a little bit of California back.

Oregon at Washington - October 20th
The Oregon and Washington game might be one of the most exciting offensive games of the season. The two quarterbacks, Jake Locker and Dennis Dixon, are both putting up big numbers passing and rushing the ball. Expect a lot of yards and a lot of points.

Oregon State at USC - November 3rd
USC's loss to UCLA is understandable because of the rivalry but the loss to Oregon State was a surprise. USC's loss to Oregon State ended their undefeated season and ultimately cost them a spot in the National Championship game.
