Big Brother 8 Recap 9/13/07

This season is about to wrap up. Beginning this episode with the final 3.

HOH (Head of Household Competition)

Round 1

The previous show ended with the HOH competition in progress. They were on day 1 of a 3-day competition. The winner of the first of three sessions would advance to compete in the final portion while the other two compete in the second session. The winner of the second round would compete with the winner of the first round. The first portion of the competition required each houseguest to stand on a large "carrot" stump holding onto their key as a rabbit on a pole went around. They had to jump each time the rabbit approached them or they would trip. They added rain and thunder to make it more difficult. If they fall, let go of the key or stop the rabbit, they are eliminated from the competition. After a few hours, Daniele was shaking because she was cold and fatigued. She tripped over the rabbit and was eliminated from the game. With all her theatrics, she ran off to take a shower, crying the entire time. Zach and Evel Dick were left to compete against each other. At this point, the rabbit stopped running around so they just had to stand there in the rain holding the key. After 8 hours, ED was showing fatigue whispering to Daniele that his leg was hurting. She started by telling him to keep it up but then eventually told him to stop if he had to. Ultimately, Dick jumped off the stump leaving Zach to win part 1 of the 3-part competition.
