Fall-O-Ween and Farm Festival at Coney Island

Cincinnati's historic amusement park, Coney Island, sits on the banks of the Ohio River and hosts a family friendly fall festival each season. Coney Island's festival includes harvest displays, a Fall Marketplace, a kid's maze, Trick or Treat Trail, Apple Pie School, Farm Babies, and the classic Coney Island rides.

Admission prices include all of the classic rides and discount tickets can be purchased at Kroger grocery stores in advance.

Dates: Saturday, September 29 and Sunday, September 30, 2007
Hours: Noon to 6pm each day
Admission: $9 for adults, $6 for children under 12

Taste of the Levee Fall Festival at Newport on the Levee

Newport, Kentucky 41071

Street performers, live music, beer vendors, and food from 14 different Newport on the Levee restaurants make up the Taste of the Levee Fall Festival. Some of the proceeds benefit Northern Kentucky's community organization, Brighton Center. This is the first Taste of the Levee Fall Festival. The Levee is a popular attraction for shopping, eating, entertainment, and a view of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline.

Admission: Free! All food items are priced $3 or less

Ohio Renaissance Festival

A 1500's era English Village is recreated once again for this 18th Annual Ohio Renaissance Festival. The atmosphere is authentic with strolling musicians, costumed villagers, jousting, dancers, over 130 craft shops, Renaissance period food and drink, and more. Hours: 10:30am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Admission: $16.99 for adults; $9.99 for children ages 5 to 12; Parking costs $2
