Randy Moss vs. Buffalo

The Bills' defense gave up almost 300 yards to Denver in week 1 and played poorly against Pittsburgh. Randy Moss comes in as one of the hottest receivers in the NFL. Anything less than 100 yards and a TD would be a surprise in week 3. Moss is motivated and has a great QB to deliver the ball, enjoy the season with Moss.

Matt Schaub vs. Indy

While many owners will be rushing to the free agent pool to grab Schaub, hold off on sticking him into your lineup. Week 3 faces him against Indy, who has played very well on defense the opening two weeks. Freeney will be rushing his blind side and the secondary is very fast. While he won't throw-up a goose egg on your fantasy roster, you shouldn't start him in front of your other QB or two in week 3.

Larry Johnson vs. Minnesota

LJ was already predicted to have a rough 2007 season because he reported late and the team lacks receivers to stretch the field, but he's come out of the gates as one of the biggest disappointments in fantasy football. He faces another tough run D in Minnesota and will struggle to break through the eight and nine-man fronts all day. Even though you spent a high pick on him, wait for a weaker defense to bank on him to break out of his funk.

Shaun Alexander vs. Cincinnati

I'm sure Shaun saw all the numbers Jamal Lewis put up against the Bengals in week 2 and is licking his chops for week 3. The Bengals defense looks like the Cincinnati defense of old, giving up tons of yards and points, counting on the offense to win the games by scoring 40+ on a weekly basis. Alexander has 175 yards and 2 TDs in the first two weeks, but he could come close to that against Cincinnati.

New Orleans Offense vs. Tennessee

Great tips! I can use a boost after this week's fiasco! Nicely written, Jen!
