Men and Women are very different in so many ways. Where women seem to take care of their needs through out child bearing years and beyond. Men seem to not be as aware that as their bodies change , so do their nutritional needs.

There are foods that you are probally not eating that are very beneficial to your health. Some of these foods you have probally heard of but never realized what they can do for you.

1)Guava- This is a very good tropical fruit that is subtly acidic. It has a very high concentration of lycopene, an "antioxidant that fights prostate cancer" Actually it has more lycopene than any other plant food. It is also loaded with potassium and fiber.

2)Tomato-Ok this is the perfect "man" food. It is another "high dose" Lycopene food. Did you know that it is even better for you to have the tomato cooked? That means eat a whole lot of spaghetti or any of the other Italian dishes that you love, just make sure that you use more sauce and less pasta!

3)Oats-A good warm bowl of oatmeal for breakfast isn't going to hurt you after considering that it is loaded with B vitamins to help fight off stress, and a lot of zinc which helps supply the daily need of your prostate.

4)Beets-Gotta eat them fresh and raw to benefit, but this vegetable is one of the absolute best source of folate and betaine. This will protect your arteries and help to keep you from having heart disease, as an added benefit the natural pigments called betacyanins, gives the color to beets, helps to fight cancer. So this is a very important food for you to eat as much as possible!

5)Brazil Nuts and Pumpkin Seeds for your snacks- Eating this will save you in so many ways. They are totally loaded with magnesium, selenium and very powerful antioxidants that help to prevent heart disease, cancer all while protecting your prostate.
