Jim Beaver is a multi-talented man no doubt about it. With a career in television, movies and theater that spans almost thirty years and includes appearances in such hit shows as, 'Jake and The Fat Man', 'Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman', 'Third Rock from the Sun' and the critically acclaimed 'Deadwood' Jim Beaver is one of the most versatile actors around. Beaver is also a prolific screenwriter who is credited with writing episodes for shows like 'Tour of Duty' and 'Alfred Hitchcock Present's and is also a biographer on the history of the late actor George Reeves who played 'Superman' in the 1950s TV series. If that weren't enough, Beaver is also a trained stuntman.

Love Bobby. He's one of my favourite recurring characters on the show. It's really been him and Meg who have been really awesome recurring characters. Jim Beaver just does an awesome job interpreting the character. I love every scene he's in. I really can't wait for the Bobby-centric episode this season!

I just love Bobby on the show and Jim Beaver makes it so much more enjoyable wo watch him. A really talented actor. I hope we get to know about Bobby's background a bit. I'm really curious. I guess that edited stunt scene should be in the deleted scenes in the second season DVD.

Love the Bobby character and I'm glad to see Jim Beaver gettting some much deserved recognition for this role. While the focus of the series will always be the Winchester brothers(rightfully so), the recurring characters add their own flavor. Ellen, Ash, Andy, Ava, Jo, Gordon, Lenora, etc... Hopefully everyone will give the new characters a chance too.

Thanks for bringing us a chat with Jim Beaver. I've enjoyed him for years, and I positively love Bobby Singer (and someday, I want to hear producer/director/writer Robert Singer confess to using Bobby as his own character alter ego!)

Katie Cassidy called the fanbase haters? Just because the fans have been nasty and hateful about her? What a strange person. If anything kills Supernatural it will be the Office being added to the timeslot and potential new fans being turned off by the constant, hateful barrage by existing fans who convince any potential *new* fans that the show won't be good this season. Congratulate yourself.

alot of us fans donot appreciate these new girls being thrown in our faces and forced on us like they are being,that is what makes them so damn disgusting...there have been plenty of other girls,established characters that were introduced and established to the fanbase...i am a dean and sam girl all the way,i donot want the girls ,especially the way that they been shoved in our faces,in half the frigging episode's,not to mention that katie cassidy called the fanbase haters and that should affect you...i will speak out against them till they are nolonger on the series,they are series killers,mark my words.live in your dream world and watch our supernatural world come tumbling down with all the damn changes that they have made this year,there were other ways,they just chose the chick factor and i donot appreciate it one single bit!!!

They are *not* "pimping" Ruby and Bela in that article. For crying out loud, quit whining about them. I'm sick of reading it. Why are girls so nasty about other girls? Meow meow.....
As for Mr. Beaver, he is utterly charming and I'm in love. Jensen and Jared have big time competition. Now that's a masculine, slightly naughty gentleman. The best kind.
