The Family Guy's Stewie and Brian Should Have Hosted the Emmys

Move over Billy Crystal...you have been replaced by cartoon characters! Yes, this Emmy Awards is on Fox, where Family Guy is the show! On Family Guy, Stewie and Brian (the talking martini drinking speaking dog) rule. How cool was that? But now we have Ryan Seacreast. It's fine, no one cares. It's all about the writers and if Ryan can deliver.

I do have to say, I loved the commercial right before the red carpet ended. I had no idea what the commercial was for until the end. But, what I saw was various recognizable people in a commercial. Jessica Simpson trying to get into that Hot Kenneth Cole's showroom. Martha Stewart and Donald Trump in the same commercial cracked me up. Go Macy's, you must have spent a lot of money to get these D-Listed Celebrities for your commercial, or you made a pack with the Devil.

Go Family Guy! I hope there is more from the 'cast' of Family Guy. They will be more interesting than Ryan Seacreast.

I Hope there is a segment where Family Guy spoofs The Sorpranos! Would that not be a hoot? Forget Ryan S -- the Emmy's should have been hosted by Stewie and Brian. Ryan is basically a robot, so why not have cartoon characters host?
