���� House training a new puppy can be a real challenge for the owner. The best way to begin this process is to confine the puppy to a vey small area of the house at first. Half of this area should be covered with newspaper and the other half should be his sleeping area. Even the youngest puppies don't want to sleep in a wet or soiled bed so they will go to the newspaper to eliminate. When you see him go on the newspaper, praise him and offer him a tiny treat. As he begins to understand the process you can gradually give him more space.
