Before we jump right into invitation making, there are a few things that you should already have in place. First things first, make your guest list. Once you have that in hand, decide on a date, time, and place. Remember that you should allow the guests 4 weeks before the date of the shower to RSVP, so try not to plan a shower in a rush if you intend to have a good turnout of guests. Keep in mind that having the shower mid-week during mid-day is most probably going to cut back on the amount of guests that will be able to attend. Also, be sure not to invite more guests than the chosen place can handle. Allowing your guests to be seated comfortably all in one main area will kick your shower off to a great start. With all of these steps put behind you, we can now move on to the the fun part... making the invitations!
