Unlike some of the inferior cutters you do not have to waste the energy in cutting and repeating the process to slice the pizza. This is such a lovely tool that in the first cut itself you get the desired piece. It is fun to watch the cutter digging deep in to the recipe and cutting across smoothly. The way it works, reminds me of wood cutter. Though this is a kitchen device, it is made with professionalism of a high end cutting tool. This has made my life easy.
