Victor’s Café is a great local New York City restaurant known for its celebrity clientele. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are regulars. The Cuban inspired cuisine brings out the crème de le crème of Latin celebrities. The food is amazing as well. The mojitos at Victor’s café are some of the best in the city. Sweet and sour mix is cut with soda water, run, and fresh mint to create are refreshing and tasty cocktail. Food wise you really couldn’t ask for more. Victor’s Café’s Cuban style tamale is worth a visit alone to this celebrity hangout. Their Cuban tamale is served with a flavor filled pepper sauce is the perfect portion for a light meal or an appetizer. If you are more on the hungry side I recommend the ropa vieja. Skirt steak is marinated, grilled to perfection, and served sliced with an array of fresh veggies. Other celebrity spottings at Victor’s Café include Ricky Marin and Gloria Estefan.
