Unique Halloween Costume Ideas for Couples!

Halloween parties are a load of fun, and this year you can go to yours with a unique Halloween costume for you and your mate. Probably the most overlooked area of Halloween costume ideas for couples is in the area of word plays. Nothing is more fun than trying to figure out what the costume is, and if you have a clever Halloween costume idea, then you will be the life of the party. The following are some unique Halloween costume ideas for you and your partner.

Black and blue- This is one of the quickest, and easiest costume ideas for a couple. One of you dresses up completely in blue, and the other completely in black. You are then "black and blue!"

Leaf Blower- This one is very fun, and not to hard to do. For the leaf costume, you can simply paste a ton of leaves to an old sweat suit, or you can make a large cardboard leaf cutout. The blower is a bit more tricky, but you can turn yourself into a leaf blower with some artistic cutouts. Use a long tube that can fit over your arm for the blower part.

Cloud Nine - One of you be a cloud, and the other the number nine. This is super easy and very fun.

High Maintenance- This Halloween costume is a blast and always a party crasher! One of you dress up as a "high" stoner, and the other in a maintenance worker's outfit. You are definately high maintenance.

Ball Cap - This one can go a few directions, and can be really easy or involved. You can easily make a "ball" costume, and the cap can be played off as a bottle cap, or any of the myriad versions of caps.

Heat Rash - Heat can simply be the sun, or a heavily sunburnt individual. The rash can be given with some makeup or store bought "rash" theatrical makeup.

Track Star- This particular outfit has many variations. My favorite is to make an oval track that you can wear around your midsection, complete with cars, and the rest of your body can be the stadium. The star variation can be tons of tiny stars, or one big star costume.
