Before buying this I had my stint with the Reebok 10S strapless watch and got irritated with it as that was too basic model and could no furnish continuous data. To overcome that issue I switched over to Polar A1 and was satisfied for a while. Once I got used to it, I was in need of more features and finally acquired my Polar M61 Heart Rate Monitor Watch. This has all the features but is a bit complicated to operate in the beginning. This is a multipurpose watch that gives in depth details of heart rate, time spent on for exercise and even average heart rate.
This is most useful for people who have set up goals to achieve the exercise objective. This gives a precise reading and the best part is that you get to know the details in a constant pattern without disturbing the work out. This facilitates you to workout without stressing the body too much because it cautions you incase of over work and you can stop immediately. This HRM indirectly guides you to do the body building in a healthy and well structured manner. You have the information about your present status of the exercise and can easily scale up to next higher level by focusing on the weak points.
