The first and most obvious thing to consider is the how much space you have to put the desk in. If you have a tiny room you aren't going to be able to cram a huge executive desk with filing cabinets and bells and whistles galore into it no matter how hard you try. However, even small rooms have a wide selection of desks that can make the most of a little bit of space. One of the best space saving designs in computer desks is the corner desk. Often times the space in the corner of a room is wasted or misused. A corner desk can be a great option for making the most of this space. You can still get a lot of surface area on the desktop without having to fill the room with a gigantic desk.
