How to Get People to Write for Your Site for Free
There are many reasons that a person is not able to write for their own site or blog and this is mostly because of the lack of time that they have. There are ways to get people to write for you for free without making your site look like it has been trashed by many of today's Internet
spammers. Do I have your curiosity yet?
A great site and blog are those who attract visitors but not just visitors, returning visitors. The best way to make money is from the traffic that you receive. Traffic is important but it is better to have people who are interested in your company or at least what you have to say. People who return are those who become potential customers. Sometimes it takes them a while before they began to purchase or to click on any links that you might have.
The Internet is built on mostly advertisement. Some of us advertise without even knowing it or thinking twice about it. Every affiliate link that we display is an advertisement waiting for someone to click on.
In order to get people to write for free there must be a something in return for them. Having a great place that they enjoy and that they know has a lot of traffic coming to it, will get them interested in writing for you. Build it up first before you ask people to contribute to your site. No one wants to write for free when there is no one seeing their work.
Once you have the traffic coming in, ask people if they would like to have a spotlight on the front page. Most of them would say that they would be interested in this and you can even tell them that they can put a link to their own business or site if they want at the bottom of the article. This is also known as guest blogging. It allows people to write for you for a link in return. If they know that you get a lot of traffic and that this can promote their business, they will be more likely to do it.
