In business, it is imperative to know the date. Dates are important for a number of reasons. Writing checks for payroll and bills must be done by a particular date. Business trips and meetings are held on a special date and location. Time sensitive documents must be mailed and received by a specific date. A calendar can allow you to keep track of time and the date. Post a calendar in a prominent place in your office. Desk calendars are a terrific idea. Business planners have become common place for many business men and women. The business planner can be very versatile and portable. Writing down due dates for projects, meeting times, and your other important dates and times will help you to remember them. If you forget when an appointment was scheduled, you can easily flip through the planner and find out.
