Easy Camping Recipes
Save Time for Fun
Summer is here and it is time to set out on family camping trips. If you are like me you are the one who does most if not all of the cooking. This can be a tedious job because like everyone else on the trip you want to have fun too not spend the whole tripI have discovered ways to make the cooking process of a camping trip faster and easier. Aluminum foil has become my best friend. I always make sure to take plenty of it on camping trips. Below is recipes that are delicious and wholesome meals cooked right on the grill or the coals of you fire.
1)Corn on the Cob
Ears of corn (whatever amount you need)
Butter

Lay each ear of corn in an individual piece of foil large enough to wrap the corn securely. Before wrapping put some butter on the ear of corn and salt the corn then wrap. After the corn is securely wrapped just lay in the hot coals of grill. Use tongs to turn the corn about every 5 minutes or so. After around 15-20 minutes the corn is nice and tender and ready to eat.
