The food is also wide and varied; no longer are you relegated to couscous and bark leaves to get your fresh food experience; now you can eat pizzas, quesadillas, hot sandwiches, cold wraps, cold sandwiches, and hot wraps in addition to the lineup of Just Fresh salads. And most everything is served with a healthy and fresh side like fresh baked potato chips, macaroni salad, potato salad, or fresh cut seasonal fruit among others.
When I went inside of this place I was expecting to be unimpressed, have healthy shoved down my throat, and want to leave immediately and I couldn't have been more wrong; the people working were friendly and not pushy at all. Their entire display case of fresh food was open for you to view and there was no hurry for us to order. I got their "Turkey in the Straw" which was Turkey with Papa Reid's vinegar slaw, melted Swiss cheese, honey mustard, on honey wheat bread; my sweetie got the Grown Up Grilled Cheese which was spicy pimiento cheese toasted on a grain roll.
We split halves of our sandwiches and were both very pleased with what we'd tasted; the turkey was fresh cut and the bread was so soft and amazing on my sandwich; the cheese was actually small, shredded cheese that was packed down on a very soft roll. We both ended up with the fresh cut fruit of the day which was actually two slices of cantaloupe!
