This really fires up my curiousity very much, and that is why are people putting out articles dissing organic eating? Are they seriously aware that Americans have the worst eating habits in the world and when we try to go back to the way of life that is healthy and could in fact save lives you got people who are putting down the benefits of organic eating. I disagree about the cost behind it because I would rather pay the cost than to eat cheaply made food that isnt healthy for you and that will not benefit me health wise. In trying to make sense of it all there's a lot to be said for the lifestyle choice and that is people want to be healthy bottom line. For some of you out there who are willing to sacrifice your health just to save a few bucks go right ahead because it's your health and your life, but some of us are choosing to live healthier because we don't want to be parked up in a doctors office complaining about some health related crisis. Most of the health problems in this world is due to poor eating and eating food that's not good for you. Most of the common foods that we eat are loaded with chemicals, artificial colors, sweeteners, preservatives with names you can't even begin to attempt spelling or pronoucing, and you wonder why some people who are having health problems are not well because you eat this garbage enough for years on end it will catch up in the form of weight gain and diseases you didnt imagine having especially those who don't have a history of it in their families. We are bombarded with commericials enticing us to eat things that clearly are not healthy for us and that we don't read labels before we buy anything. We buy it because it looks good on tv and if we see the actors expressing how delicious the product is then you assume it's good when in fact you have no idea if what you're about to put on your plate or in your mouth is actually good for you. Companies like General Mills and Kellogg are producing organic cereals to meet the demand of the popularity of this trend when it shouldnt be treated as a trend it should be treated as a lifestyle choice.

Did You Know?
The cost of organic food being more than processed food is that you're paying for food free of chemicals, artificial flavoring, colors and altered ingredients you can't spell or pronounce.
