Recruiting
Current estimates tell us that more than 95% of these types of businesses fail because the average person cannot recruit people. If you are not good at recruiting people most likely you will fail. There will be a lot of trial and error trying to find a way to recruit that works for you. Many start off with a bang only to become frustrated that their business is not growing fast enough. The majority who have trouble recruiting quit within six months and blame the product or the company. The truth is multilevel businesses are difficult to be successful doing if your not good and network marketing.
Upline
Your upline is the person above you who recruited you. Most people in multilevel businesses who are successful cannot help you to get your business going cause they have no clue. They will tell you what works for them but it may not be duplicable for you. To be honest multilevel is a numbers game once your recruited your usually forgotten and on your own. Some companies have excellent helps and training. These are the type of businesses you should look for. Some companies have groups who are dedicated to each others success. If you are going to join this is what you need to look for.
