This is a wonderful alcohol free tincture for administering digestive support for children. It can also be used for adults as well. It is very soothing to an irritable stomach and most digestive ailments. It is also soothing to the nerves and helps one relax. It is a great alternative to over the counter medications and is all natural.

This is a tincture, with the main active ingredients being peppermint leaf and ginger root. It is wonderful for sore tummies! Also soothing for indigestion, flu, diarrhea, vomiting, overeating, heartburn, motion sickness and morning sickness during pregnancy. It really is the remedy to have on hand for digestive support. This is the first thing I reach for when my kids have an upset stomach, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea.

The only downside to this remedy is there is no childproof cap. It also comes in a glass bottle, like all tinctures. But you kind of have to be careful when you have younger children or toddlers around that it doesn't get dropped.

Overall this remedy is great. It should be included in any home remedy medicine cabinet. It would also make a nice gift for expecting parents or a newly pregnant woman suffering from morning sickness as it is really helpful.

You can find this remedy in health food stores or order direct from Herbs for Kids online. It costs about $7 for a 1 oz bottle, but the remedy lasts a long time and has a long shelf life compared to most over the counter medicines.

This remedy is ideal for young children as it is gentle yet effective with no dies effect. It is also calming so it is soothing for sick children. Not to mention it is very tasty and can be administered alone. The bottle comes with a convenient dropper too.

The ingredients are;

Extract of peppermint leaf, fennel seed, chamomile flowers, papaya leaf, ginger root and orange peel. It's base is coconut and/ palm kernel oils, glycerin, purified water and citric acid.

The herbs in this remedy are useful as follows;

Peppermint-Soothing to the digestive system. Also stimulates peristalsis, promoting digestion. Good for all stomach upsets, nausea and helps reduce vomiting.
