Watching the first episode of the second season of "Heroes" left me very shocked, surprised, and very much impressed. Four months story-wise is definitely a long time for a whole series of events to unfold. However, it does bring forth a fresh start for a new season of Heroes. At this point, all assumptions of what's going to happen in Heroes should much be thrown in the trash as there were many things going on within the first episode of season two that would've caught just about everybody by surprise.

I was pretty shocked that Matt Parkman joined the NYPD and is living with both Molly Walker and Mohinder Suresh somewhere in the city from what is assumed. But it brings back the so-called "boogeyman" that has been haunting Molly's dreams. That's the one thing that has me curious about the second season of Heroes: the boogeyman in Molly's dreams. Matt managed to read Molly's mind while she was sleeping and he too was affected by the boogeyman's presence. The boogeyman sure isn't Sylar from what is confirmed nearing the end of the first season of Heroes. But, one of the great mysteries to be unsolved in season two would be the boogeyman's identity.

But the one question is this: who is the boogeyman?! That tidbit alone is just killing me with all sorts of suspense. Judging from Molly's nightmares, the boogeyman looks to be extremely sinister. It's said that he's supposed to be worse than Sylar. That has gotten me very curious from the start. Who is the freaking boogeyman?! Hopefully that question will be answered halfway through the series as Sylar's identity was found out.

I was also surprised that Matt and Janice ended up getting divorced. To make things a bit more complicated, Janice is pregnant with Matt's child.

I know this is a weird thought, but I think that the boogeyman is Peter, because if molly was trying to find him you would think that peter would be able to see her back right? Also, molly said the boogeyman was there when the season finale too place, but so was peter. Just a weird random thought, tell me what you think.

T thought the premiere was a letdown and moved way too much over familiar territory. heroes is starting to be like Survivor China, you want to wait until a few episodes stack up because it's not worth remembering what's going n week to week.

I think I dated the Boogeyman once. Might try an episode or two of this show.

Well done piece. The Hondurian girl seemed to have the same power as Niki/Jessica to me. I guess we'll see!
