In the first hand, you need to understand what is anxiety and depression. Anxiety is the combination of all negative emotions such as fear and worry. Anxiety will give physical symptoms such as chest pain and nausea. People with anxiety will experience chest pain or nausea because when you feel anxious, automatically your heart beat will increase, digestive system will slow down and blood pressure arise. Your body will try to protect itself so will cause uncomfortable feeling, chest pain and nausea.

People that having anxiety disorders will also experiencing depression. What is depression? We normally use the word "depression" to express an intense sadness. But actually depression is more than an intense sadness where you will be upset for a specific thing for more than a day or for some period of time. Depression can ruin your life, it is a serious illness. Depression normally is the result of a variety of factors such as genetic, physical or sociological problems.

People with depression will show combinations of few symptoms. You will loss the ability to concentrate, feel lonely, afraid, confuse and hopeless even though there is some hope in a specific matter. And you will lose your self esteem. People with depression will also get tired easily, feeling fatigue, muscles aches and pains. You will either loss or increase your appetite suddenly and lost interest in thing which you used to love it. You will start to feel unsatisfied with yourself and experiencing the recurrent thought of death. You will easily have the thought and attempt to commit suicide.
