Most people will purchase the Deco Aquariums for their offices at work. Some people do not want very large saltwater tanks. These Deco Aquariums are very hard to keep going because they are so small. If the water starts to evaporate, so does the salt, and there goes your fish. By fish, I mean fish singly because you can only keep on fish in one of these aquariums. I would suggest something which stays very small. Perhaps you will purchase a snail or hermit crab to keep your fish from getting lonely. You may want to purchase a small goby to go in the fish tank. You won't want to place a fish in the tank which gets larger than 3 inches for a three gallon Deco. If you have a 1.5 gallon Deco you will want to purchase a fish which doesn't reach more than 2 inches in length.
With these Deco Aquariums, you will need to check the salinity every day. If you wait a couple of days you might find your fish dead because the salinity level dropped. Also make sure that the aquarium comes with a high powered lighting system on the top. You can purchase awesome Deco Aquariums from Drs. Fosters and Smith's partner website which is called Live Aquaria. They make excellent Deco Aquariums and I will be purchasing one once I get rid of a few fish tanks.
