Will it Ever Go Away?

I feel so confused, alone and as if all my strength has been used,
I know not what to do except,
to walk with a heart, so hollow.

I once in a while, attempt a smile,
but never so far,
have i been filled with no such joy.

There will always come a time,
when i feel i can't go much higher,
but with weak perseverance,
I strengthen the blood in my veins as hot as fire.

For a minute, i feel so happy,
as if no once can take my laughter away,
But no matter how far i go,
to try to forget,
like a swing tied to a tree,
the memories linger and sway,
its as if from the pain in my heart,
I will never be free.
