10 Yummy Snacks 100 Calories or Less

Sometimes when your looking for a snack it is hard to find one that is light and tastes good as well. I wanted to compile a list of different snacks that taste good and are one hundred calories or less, so that is the point of this article. Of course you won't find extra cheese pizza or anything like that but this could give you a few ideas if you want a light snack and just keep coming up blank.

1. One of the best low calorie snacks is Jello. You can get sugar free Jello cups for about ten calories sometimes even less. You can add whipped cream for about 20 calories. You could even get the regular Jello would be about seventy or eighty calories and you could even find it with fruit in it for less than 100 calories.

2. A really great tasting snack that is one hundred calories or less is sugar free pudding. It might not sound good because it is sugar free but it is really good, some of it is about one hundred calories but you can find it for around 50 or 60 and it tastes just as good. This is also a good one to put whipped cream on as well.

3. One of my favorite snacks which I make myself is sort of like an ultra low calorie smoothie. You can use one of the either pink lemonade or raspberry flavored Crystal Lite on the go packet which can sometimes be no calories to 5 or 10 calories. You can use the off brand as well and it sometimes has less calories. Put one of those, 4 ice cubes, and one half of a cup of water or more depending on how you like the taste all in a blender. After you have put all of this in the blender add two average sized strawberries and about a fourth of a small banana. All of these ingredients equals about 55 calories give or take a few, when you have got them all in the blender blend it all together and you will have a snack that is pretty low in calories and tastes great, or at least in my opinion it tastes great!

4. Hard boiled eggs are really good and only seventy eight calories. They are also a good source of protein so it isn't just something that won't be able to tide you over, because protein makes you feel fuller longer.
