Dirty Sexy Money is Seductive!!

Fall Television

Appropriately titled "Dirty Sexy Money" because all the words are related to seduction and that's exactly what the show did for me, it seduced me.

Peter Krause makes her return to television with ABC's new show "Dirty Sexy Money" and he doesn't disappoint. I originally fell in love with Peter Krause as Nate Fisher in the HBO hit series "Six Feet Under". He has this appeal to him that I just can't put my finger on, but I'm always
 left wanting more.

Last night ABC premiered this new show at 9PM and honestly I was a little nervous if this show was going to deliver. Reason being is that I had an opportunity to see its rival "Life" on NBC a few days before. The thing is I really did like "Life", which my husband seems to think is NBC's version of "Monk". I may have liked "Life", but I love "Dirty Sexy Money"!

The show revolves around a rich and powerful family known as the Darlings and their non for profit lawyer, Nick George (Krause). Nick George's father used to be the Darling's family lawyer and it was his dedication to the Darling family that tore his own family apart. Now Nick's father is dead due to what seems to be a suspicious plane crash and the Darling's need a new family lawyer. The irony is that Nick George swore growing up that he would never be like his father and work for a family like the Darling's. That all changes once Tripp Darling (Donald Southerland) offers Nick a high salary with an additional 10 million dollars a year for charitable causes. Which poses more irony because Nick George's opening narration asks if money is the root of all evil?
