"Coincidence"? I THINK NOT! ;-)

A postscript: After two unanswered phone messages and a couple of unanswered emails to admin@, in desperation with 13 pieces backed up in processing - some for as long as a couple of weeks, I called them on the phone in Denver. A fellow who identified himself as the 'answering service' and was, quite obviously an employee, took down my concern to pass it along while letting me know that there were certain priorities involved in both processing and what got out the other end to on line posting when. (Not exactly the kind of information one would expect an 'answering service' to have!) Two hours later, the queue began to clear up a bit. Six pieces made it out the other end in the following 12 hours. I have never believed much in coincidence. David
