"I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where, I love you simply, without problems or pride. I love you in this way because I don't know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep it is your eyes that close." Pablo Neruda.

A marriage is love and devotion. A marriage proposal is a question that will forever change your lives. It is an life altering question that should be thought out prior to proposing. A marriage proposal can be romantic in any season of the year.

In this article I will discuss the aspects of true love and proposing in any season of the year. Love an marriage is devotion and to cherish your special someone for a lifetime. Want your sweetie to remember the day you popped the question, these ideas will lead you in the right direction. Good luck.

Fall. Write the marriage proposal in the fallen, colorful leaves. The colorful leaves sets a mood setting for romance. To make this season even more romantic for a marriage proposal, have a romantic picnic ready. The picnic should include romantic music, a blanket, rose pedals and easy fall recipe. Such as a simple pasta dish, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.

Winter. Picture this romantic winter setting. A lit fireplace, snuggling close to your special, significant other, sipping hot chocolate. Seems picture perfect doesn't it? Not quite. A marriage proposal during a romantic setting such as this can capture the heart of your special someone. The warmness of the fire in the bitter, cold creates a romantic scene to propose. A bitter, cold winter brings together the warmth of two people.

Spring. A spring marriage proposal can be very romantic. The setting for a spring proposal should be in the evening near a small pond. Why? This is a romantic setting. To create an even more romantic mood, lit enough floating candles to spell out; "will you marry me?," phrase.

Good ideas. I cooked her a Chinese dinner and put the proposal in a fortune cookie...I pulled some little tricks and let her actually open the box and the package. I picked out the first cookie and let her pick the next one out of the box. I had one box hidden in which I had already replaced most of the fortunes with proposals and resealed the package and box. Then I asked her to go to the supermarket to get the cookies which I had forgotten. When she wasn't looking I switched the boxes. :-)
