A Testimonial About the Infamous Murad Acne Complex Infomercial Product Line
I would write this same exact review for all of the Murad products in the Murad Acne Complex Kit because it is so important for people to understand that these products must be used together. I don't know what it is but if you use all four Murad Acne Complex products- the cleanser, the clarifying astringent, the acne spot treatment, and the moisturizer, your face will very likely clear up. Or at least mine did. These are all part of the Murad Acne Complex Kit which is listed on the website under the Murad Skin Care "As Seen On TV" products.The Murad Acne Complex group of products are a the main focal point of the well known late night infomercial for Murad skin care. The infomercial, I must admit is what originally piqued my interest in the Murad Skin Care products. It wasn't just that the before and after photos showed major improvements in people's skin with severe acne, but it was actually the more in depth commentary about and by the inventor of the product, Dr. Murad. I remember the major points I remembered about the Murad Acne Complex products that really struck me were that Dr. Murad apparently designed the formula based on the fact that there are so many types of skin disorders that resemble simple acne or blemishes and often times it takes many trips to the dermatologist, many months of trial and error with various skin care products, wasted money, and prolonged distress in the patients who are suffering from this unsightly skin disorder. Therefore, according to the infomercial, Dr Murad made a little concoction that treated a very big variety of skin disorders related and similar to acne so that the guessing game could be arrested and the skin would show results more quickly. In other words, the Murad Acne Complex products are made to treat most of the common acne-like problems, all in one shot. Unless you have something really obscure going on with your skin, the chances of Murad skin care working are high.

I'm 24 and Ive been dealing with acne since I was 13. It's quite terrible, but whatever. Lately, my acne hasn't been that bad, but I decided to get this Murad stuff because at my age, I dont want to deal with acne at all. I havent noticed any changes except my skin burns everytime I use the gel and the lotion does not relieve it. After 2 weeks, my skin is now extremely dry and flaking off in certain areas. I do not recommend these products if you have sensitive skin. I have gone back to using my old face wash/moisturizer which was keeping my acne under much better control.

Hi, i just got this product yesterday. The first time I used it, it felt like my skin was burning. Then the rest of the day it felt like my face was sun burnt, did the same at night. Today in the morning, felt the same and just now when I put it on. I know the "sun burnt" feeling is making your skin tighter, but is it suppose to burn while putting it on? As of right now, it doesn't hurt. Is it normal? oh so far I love this. I use powder make up and usually when I put it on in the morning, you see flakes on my skin. Today I had NONE! Just after two uses. Made me happy :)

Ive been using murad and its the second day into the third week. at the end of week two i began purging on my chin areas which stinks but im hoping that theyll start to heal. Im hoping for the best in this product so well see what happens

I've been using dr. murad for adleast 2 months. Its taking time with my face but it is defenintly healing my breakouts. My skin feels healthy and clean everytime I use this product. Mind you, I've had acne since I was 12 and I'm 23. So you know exactly what I mean. I highly recommend this product. Proactive may work for others but not for me. I mean Ive tried them all. and they do not work buttt....I love Dr. Murad and thankGod for his brain, his product is wonderful and I appreciate that! Thankyou! So for all you young men and women who suffer from acne, there is a product that may work for you...try it.

okayy well i used this Murad product some time ago.....i used it for about 2 months or more and i did not see any results. My skin was breaking out more each time and it was just so annoying. So basically i wouldn't reccomend this product to anyone at all.
Like everyone else i have tried everything and currently i am using Murad for the last week, as well i am in the purging process. For those who are seeing great result's i want to know if you had dry skin but also had very oily skin at the same time?

as everyone else here is saying, i've also used PROACTIVE and no it did not work. im 15 and i've had acne for a while now; a couple of years. i don't want to deal with it for the rest of my life and i've been using MURAD for the time it says you will have a perfect complexion and i do not see results! I bought the mask and toner and nothing really happened to my skin except that it PURGED (like most of you are saying) and then after that it went back to my normal annoying,"Oh another new zit!" when i wake up in the morning. I'm pretty sure i've been usisng the complex in the correct way, night and morning. THIS IS HOW I'VE BEEN USING MURAD; (1) cleanse my face gently with the clarifying cleanser (2) Put the toner on the cottonball and swipe it across my face gently (3) Put on the exfoliating gel as if it were lotion (4) On pimples, i dab the spot treatment (5) Moisturizer in the morning...I also use the mask once a week after cleansing...write bak if ny1 noz sumthing tht truly worx ( =

DOes this happens to anyone else? I have been using Murad, and right after I put on that clear stuff, that Acne Exfoliation stuff, it starts to feel like it's burning my skin, and it starts to hurt, then my skin gets really red. Yeah, it's getting rid of my acne, but it's also hurting it when I use the Acne Exfoliation Gel, you know, the clear stuff? I'm 13, by the way. But anyway, the Exfoliation Gel, the clear stuff, is making my skin bright pink and feeling like it's burning after I use it. ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS?!?!?!?!
