As a Portable Pain Relief Patch, the ACE Heat Therapy Disposable Patch Requires No Electrical Supply

With aching back pain, ACE Heat Therapy Disposable Patches provide up to ten hours of relaxing heat in an effort to relieve muscle ache and related symptoms. Requiring no electrical source, the disposable heating
pad relaxes muscles and improves circulation while offering the ability to continuously perform uninterrupted activities.

With ongoing back pain, each night was spent utilizing an electrical heating pad while in bed. Unfortunately, because the heating pad I used was supplied with electrical source it created a health hazard and could not be used longterm while lying in bed. With ACE Heat Therapy Disposable Patches, I found the much needed pain relief for my aching back pain while being provided the ability to wear the patch in bed as well as during the day. No electrical source is required!

ACE Heat Therapy Disposable Patches are a frequently used product in my home. Because they provide continuous heat to an aching body, the patches seem to improve pain more efficiently than gels and creams. Additionally, the patches are self adhering and can be disposed in regular trash recepticles. I’ve used these patches before working out to relax and help stretch various muscle groups, as well as pain relief following a work out or a minor injury.   The ACE Heat Therapy Disposable Patches come in a variety of sizes so as to allow for comfort and fit for any area of the body and do not require a doctor’s prescription.  Additionally, ACE Heat Therapy Disposable Patches can even be used as a pain reliever during menstrual cycles or pre-menstrual syndrome to relieve associated cramping. One other important advantage worthy of noting is the fact that these patches are considered a medical item and can be reimbursed through a medical flexible spending account or written off as a medical expense on your federal tax itemized deductions.

sorry, those are two separate sites that i pasted up there
I used to love these patches! After a little research, I decided that I might never use them again. Apparently the patches utilize iron oxide (the black powdery looking stuff inside the patch), and iron based elements are often carcinogenic so are thought to have negative long term health risks. Although the exact long term health effects aren't known, I'm guessing no one really wanted to find out (especially not by trial and error)! I still have a few left I was trying to savor, but I think I will toss them. Recall info and iron oxide(FeO) info is available here: http://bcarthritis.com/TAS06/home/Health%20Canada.pdf http://www.espi-metals.com/msds%27s/ironoxidefeo.pdf
They were the best on the market, I totally agree. I now am forced to by thermacare or the generecs and the are HORRIBLE. I found this just by searching online to see if I can get the Ace ones that actually work.
they were the BEST on the market bring them back!!!!
They were recalled because they caused injuries. I used one and it ripped my skin off when I tried to remove it. According to the FDA website people have been injured as far back (maybe further) as 2005 so I'm not sure why the company didn't remove the product sooner... could have possible prevented my injuries as well as others.
Where can I buy the 'ACE heat therapy 10 hr. patches'? I live in Northern MI & my eMail address is . I have looked in many stores, like K-mart, Walmart, and numerous drugstores, but not the right place yet. Please!
I love these back patches. They made my back feel better, they were easy to put on and they didn't smell like most patches on the market. Have they been recalled and why?
Thes heat patches have made it possible to sleep all night long and they are also the best on the market......now recalled? When will we know if they return or any updates on them......Thank You
I've been using these for months, and they were the best product I've found in a very long time. Suddenly they're nowhere to be found... not even on the manufacturer's website. No official word of a recall, but apparently that's what has happened. What a shame...
These patches are great for localized back pain. I have noticed they are not on drugstore shelves in the past few weeks. Does anyone know if they have been recalled?
