Atmosphere
Joe's Pizza is located in center city Philadelphia at 122 South 16th Street. This pizza restaurant is clean and attractive inside. There are nice bricks and natural scenes painted on the walls at Joe's Pizza in Philadelphia. A few years ago, customers had the option of sitting on the second floor. It appears that this option is currently closed at Joe's Pizza. The second floor is no longer lit and customers seem to ignore it. There are still over one dozen seats on the first floor of this pizza restaurant.

Joe's Pizza in Philadelphia is usually quiet and many customers usually get their food "to go". The ordering area is rather small and gets crowded easily, as people wait for their order. However, this is not too bothersome compared to the way Joe's Pizza used to be. I remember going to get some food from this restaurant and witnessing a long line of people inside, leading out of the front door and down the street. Many people go to Joe's Pizza for lunch, and it was extremely busy at that time. It seems that this has slowed down some. That may be due to the addition of more options for food in center city Philadelphia.

Quality
Most of the food at Joe's Pizza is of good quality. It all depends on what you like and when it is made. I have had great French fries, pizza and other menu selections at this restaurant. However, I have also been served stale fries and slightly burned cheese pizza here. The quality of food at Joe's Pizza in Philadelphia is about the same as any other nearby restaurant. Sometimes you will get excellent food and there are times when the menu selections could be much better. However, chances are that you will get great food at Joe's Pizza in Philadelphia more times than bad orders.

Oh well, they all have a bad day now and then. Sounds like a good place and the picture makes the pizza look really good. Thanks for the review.
