Halloween is such a fun and special time of year that many people travel outside of their hometown to attend larger and more spectacular Halloween events in other areas of Southern California. If you are thinking about going out of town for Halloween, here are a few suggestions on where you should go.

Southern California Halloween Events For 2007 #1: Disney's Halloweentime

What could be greater then spending Halloween at the happiest place on earth? Disneyland transforms their park with Halloween decorations. The Haunted House is redone as The Nightmare Before Christmas for Halloween visitors to see. In the various lands at Disneyland, there are all kinds of activities. In Frontierland, it's Woody's Halloween Roundup! Guests will get to partake in arts & crafts and yummy spooky treats. You do have to pay extra in addition to the regular price admission ticket. If you buy your Halloween ticket, the day of the event, it is $39. Dates for Disneyland's Halloween event are as follows: Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26; 7:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. & Oct. 4, 11, 18, 29, 30, 31; 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Southern California Halloween Events For 2007 #2: Brick-or-Treat at Legoland

Legoland in Carlsbard starts having their Brick-or-Treat on October 13th. Other dates they are having their Halloween event are: The 14th, 20th-21st and the 27th-28th, from ten am to five pm. Your child will be given a offical Legoland trick or treat bag to collect goodies throughout the park. There will be costume contests, a kid size Brick-or-Treat trail and ghostly entertainment. For admission prices, call 760-918-5349 or go to their website, www.legoland.com. If you have a triple A card, you can save 10% on admission prices.
