2006 Peg Perego Aria Stroller Review
My favorite thing about this stroller is that it only weighs ten pounds. It is also small enough to fit comfortably in my car truck without taking up half the space. Even though the cup holders occasionally fall off when I am folding it up, it's not much of a problem to put them back on if I need too, since I really don't use them much in the first place.
When placing the carseat on the stroller we did encounter a slight problem with the fabric getting in the way of the latch points between the carseat and stroller, so we had to learn to make sure the fabric wasn't in the way when we put the carseat in it.
The easy recline mechanism makes it easy to adjust the seat when needed and the seat padding is removable for washing when needed as well. It comes with a large storage basket which I can easily fit my diaper bag and other miscellaneous things like shopping bags into.
The rear wheels have independent brakes which are easy to use and you don't have to kick them to get them to pop up again. The front wheels swivel which makes it easy to turn, especially in crowded places. The swivel feature on the front wheels can also be locked when needed. All the wheels have suspension on them making for a smooth comfortable ride for the little one too.
When learning to open this stroller it was a bit tricky at first since you have to pull up on tab like things on the sides to get it to release. Folding up it up though was a breeze as all you have to do is pull on a couple of tabs and it folds right up as you push down on the handle bar.
We paid around two hundred dollars when we got it and now the price has dropped to around one hundred and twenty dollars. It is definitely well worth the price we paid, in my opinion, and I highly recommend this stroller.
