It looks as if the second season of "Heroes" is starting to pick up with its second episode. So far, the story looks to expand outside North America. A good portion of Heroes does take place within the United States. Currently Matt Parkman is investigating the apparent "murder" of Kaito Nakamura along with the threats of against the life of Angela Patrelli. This looks to be the first time that Matt Parkman and Ando Masashi have come face to face with each other.

This may look to be a possibility of Matt and Ando having to work together to investigate the murders and attempted murders of the various higher-ups in the "company" that Noah Bennet and Mohinder Suresh are currently looking to bring down. Perhaps the two of them may run into Nathan Petrelli once again since he's living a reclusive life in New York City. It looks that the New York City storyline will revolve around those three characters.

It's also revealed that Angela might know about Matt's powers. She told Matt to get out of his head when he tried to read her mind. All of a sudden, Angela gets attacked by an unknown assailant. Perhaps the person that Molly Walker has been getting nightmares about could be the one who's been trying to kill people like Angela Petrelli. It's not that far from a possibility as Molly is too afraid to tell Matt upon fearing that he may die.

The only glimpses we have of this sinister new villain at the moment is through those drawings Molly made at school.

Then there is Costa Verde, California where Claire and her foster family have relocated. It looks that a possible romance between Claire and fellow classmate West could be brewing in the near future. So far, Claire doesn't know that West has powers. It is unknown if West knows about Claire's power. There is a possible hint in this episode where the teacher is talking about the regenerative properties of a lizard. Claire brings up a controversial subject about human regeneration as the teacher dubs it as stem cell research.
