Why do people you care about die? It seems to be happening everywhere! This is when you start asking yourself questions. What is death? What is the purpose for living? Why are you here? It's very common for these questions to surface during this time. It's important to give yourself time and breathing room to heal. It's not the same for everyone. People need space and time to think about the good and the bad times.

It is very common to keeping asking yourself, why? Why did it have to happen. I wasn't ready to say goodbye. Why do I have to? It's unfair! I loved them so much and I didn't get to spend the time I wanted to with them. It's sad that we go through our whole lives and don't tell the person how much you love them. You don't visit them as much as you do and help when you should. The guilt sets over you. It eats at you for not being there when you should have. But then death, it happened when you weren't ready.

How do you go on living when someone dies? Your heart is empty and the time seems to fly by. You sit for hours in a quiet room not acknowledging activity. You sleep all day and most of the night. Depression sets in and you may need help. You may need help recovering, so ask for help. If you know someone in your family who is experience death, you should step in and help. Go visit them, take them to lunch, or just be there and watch television.

What happens when we die? Is death the end of human existence, or do we continue in some other place or state of being? Do we go to a place of that is beyond satisfaction or eternal punishment? Are we reincarnated, coming back to life in a different body? Will we ever see other family members that died before us? How do we find answers?

Science cannot tell us when, where or how life began. Shouldn't we go to the source to learn about the mystery of death? The Bible tells us what happens after death. It tells us what happens to people who have done right and wrong. It reveals the fate of billions of people who have never known.

So true. We should always treat everyone like we would if we knew it was the last time we'd ever see them. After all, it might be.

Good advice. I lost my daughter to cancer at the age of twelve. The way some people behave is awful. I always tell those I love that I love them irrespective of what their health is, lets face it anyone can be run over by a bus at any time!
