First, make sure that you are seated so you are sitting straight, both feet on the floor. This is the best position, but you can also be lying flat on your back, your arms down by your sides and your legs straight.

After this, make sure that your room is quiet. There should be no noise so you can simply relax and focus on your meditation.

The next thing you need to do is imagine a good feeling. You can imagine being happy about something. You can imagine something that makes you happy. You can imagine being at peace. You can imagine cuddling with a loved pet. You can imagine feeling God's love. Whatever the good feeling, keep that in your mind.

Now, you need to close your eyes. You are going to let the feeling slowly move through your whole body.

The feeling starts at the top of your head where you imagined it. It moves down both the left and right side of your body at the same time. Breath slowly in and out while you do this.

The feeling is then going to move down to your ears. When you first learn how to do this, let the feeling move to each place and stop there just for a second or two. Then it is going to move down to your cheekbones. Then it moves down to the top of your neck.

Now it is at the top of your neck. It is going to move down to your shoulders.

Now that the feeling is at your shoulders, you are going to let it move down the outsides of your arms. The outsides of your arms are the sides near the pinkies. The feeling is going to move down to your elbows. The it is going to move down to your pinkies. It is going to trace all of your fingers, including your thumb. Then the feeling is going to move up your arms on the inside or side near your thumbs. It will go to your elbows. Then it will go to your arm pits.

Now that the feeling has reached your arm pits, it is going to move down your chest and your torso.

Now the feeling should be at the top of your legs. It is going to move down the outside of your legs and down to your knees. The feeling should go over your knees and down to your ankles. Then the feeling should move over your ankles and go down to your feet.
