Review of the Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop Computer and the Gateway Laptop

Since I work from home it is very obvious that I cannot live without my computers. I have a Dell computer and a Gateway Laptop, and I cannot live with either one of them. Working from home on the computer all day requires me to need a back up computer as well. Although, I have extended warranties on my computer systems any temporary breakdown will lead to lose in pay for however long my computer is done. So, it is a necessity to have both computers as a back up and something I could not live with it or at least it would make it very difficult and stressful not having a back up computer.

I purchased my desktop computer first. The reason I selected a Dell is because I heard a lot of good things about it from family and friends. And it was in the consumer review guide as the top of the line in computers and the most popular. I also like the black color that most Dell computers come in making the computer look sleek; it also matched my home office furniture. The Dell model I purchased, the Dimension 3000, was very affordable and had the features I was looking for in a desktop. The features included were the speed of the computer (RAM), the memory, and the processor. The RAM, processor, and hard drive were enough for me to do the work I needed done on my desktop computer. It provided the office program that also allowed me to do my work. The computer features were not only what I was looking for but were also the most popular the time I purchased it.
