This is basically a two in one grill and both the sides of this kitchen ware can be used by just reversing them. The horizontal and smooth flat surface can be used for poaching eggs and grilling yummy sandwiches. For grilling luscious and delectable chicken breasts, pork, rooster, steak and minced meat rolls, all you have to do is just turn it upside down and use the other side. A closer look on this side will show that it is actually not flat but has a gradual slope for the butter and oil to glide across the pan and automatically gets collected in the grease collector.
In spite of knowing the benefits of cooking using a cast iron grill, most of them fear to use it because of the maintenance process to make it conducive for frying. Moreover the conventional iron grill takes long time for seasoning and it is laborious. To counter these, the Lodge Logic Pro Cast-Iron Grill comes with a pre-seasoned surface. This is already electro-statically sprayed with vegetable oil and this forms a uniform coating instantly. This then undergoes exclusive heat treatment process and by the time it is rolled out of the manufacturing unit, it is ready to use right from the first day. So at just $42 it is worth every penny and it is durable. I am using it regularly at least thrice a week for the past one year.
