Desperate Housewives: is Susan Pregnant with Ian's Baby?

The rumors have been swirling all summer. Could there be two pregnancies on Wisteria Lane this season? It turns out that there are. In addition to Brie's fake pregnancy, it turns out that Susan is also expecting. So where's the plot twist? After all, the only certainty about life on Wisteria Lane is that nothing is ever as it appears on the surface. There is simply no way that Susan and Mike will have a normal pregnancy, deliver a cute baby, and live happily ever after.
I have been wracking my brain all night about potential plot twists. Miscarriage? Multiples? Will the baby have a severe problem? Those are all possibilities. My bet is on the baby being Ian's. It has not been that long since Susan broke up with her handsome, English fiance. Susan is not exactly known for her organizational skills. She could easily miss a period or two without noticing, especially with all of the wedding planning. Add in a little spotting here or there and you could be a few months into a pregnancy without noticing (happened to me with my third).
Mike would stand by Susan through a miscarriage or multiples. I could see him coaching a Special Olympics baseball team. Throw Ian in the mix and Mike goes over the edge. Could he handle raising Ian's child? Would Susan keep it a secret? Would Ian come back? Would Mike leave Susan? Would Susan leave Mike? Would someone find out the secret and blackmail Susan? Now that sound like Wisteria Lane!
