There are numerous community colleges in southern California, and choosing the right one is imperative to achieving your education goals. However, how do you just point to a map and say "Yep, I'm going there."? The greatest opportunity to learn about a school is to speak with a current or former student. This abbreviated list of the pros and cons of this college campus should hopefully be enough insight about the college's true value, or lack thereof.

-PRO-The main campus is located in Rancho Cucamonga, and although you may not think much when you hear that, I assure you that the views around the school are spectacular. The campus quite literally sits at the foothills of the San Gabriel mountain range, and over looks the one of the most breath taking nighttime views of shimmering lights that belongs to every city as far as vision permits. In the winter the snow capped mountains and cool breezes always take my breath away.

-CON-The campus itself is at a very steep incline, which means a great deal of uphill walking, which is great exercise for your heart, but quite bothersome after a while. In the event of inclimate weather, and heavy rain storms the run off from the mountains is unbelievable and often time's water-logs the poorly drained grounds. The campus is about 125 years old this year and there are some buildings that have missed an update in the past thirty years. The campus is under a great deal of construction until about 2010 to get things modernized and add all new buildings.
