I would highly recommend you taste the Kashi Golean Bar Crunchy to know what it means to savor healthy and delicious bar at an affordable price. I never expected it to be so nourishing and yummy. I love munching ground nuts and licking smooth chocolate and when it comes as a combination it makes me go wild and crazy. At last I found the perfect combination of crunchy fried peanuts and soft melting chocolate that compliments each other. The texture and the consistency are brilliant. The bar is crunchy as well as chewy. I could feel the nuts and it is not in a powdered form. To give you a better idea it is something like a blend of Snicker milk chocolate and the Peanut butter cups.

I relish each and every bite knowing that what goes inside my system is actually better than the taste. It makes me give a sense of satisfaction that finally I could throw away the junk food and munch scrumptious and nutritious bar. This was suggested to my friend by his Sports Master and he referred this bar to me. This is in deed a wholesome snack ands ideal dietary supplement. The best part is that the ingredients are least processed and hence all the natural goodness and flavor of the components are preserved intact. Only while processing, the locked nutrients get disintegrated and this phenomenon does not occur with Kashi products.

This is basically made of 7 different whole grains along with the sesame giving it a lot of nutrient value. The composition reminds me of grain balls that my grandmother used to give us when we were children. This is a storehouse of vitamins like B6, B12, E, C, Folic acid and Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Iron. This is formulated in such a way that carbohydrates are discharged slowly in the blood in order to optimize glycemic quotient. This facilitates in controlled delivery of nutrients so that it keeps your stomach filled for long time without making you tired or hungry.
