Also keep in mind that on top of the listing fee there is a final value fee. This means that eBay will take a percentage of the amount that you receive and add that to your listing fees which each item that you sell. Paypal will also take a certain percentage when the sender pays you money. It will not be a very large fee unless the item is very expensive. When selling expensive items you might want to consider taking some other form of payment from the buyer instead of Paypal.
I would suggest buying some type of large book that will make it easier to chart all of your fees on eBay and Paypal. That way you know exactly how much to charge for each item and you know how much money you cleared off of each item as well. You don't want to shoot a price out blindly. You need to know how much to charge for shipping, etc. You will want to caculate out the shipping costs at UPS, FED EX and DHL. Then you will have an idea which will cost less. You can also calculate out costs through the post office or usps. They will actually pick up your item from your home once you sell the item. You can do this with other shipping companies as well.
