Article #2 in the MZ Hannah Montana series

Disc One of One, Episode One of the DVD,
Hannah Montana: Livin' The Rock Star Life!

Money for Nothing, Guilt for Free

Hey there. You can call me MZ. If you've already read my intro article to my new series of Hannah Montana articles, exclusively here on Associated Content (AC), you'll know that I was one of the biggest skeptics of this Disney Channel TV series before it even came out. I really DID NOT want to like this show AT ALL when I first heard about it. In fact, was determined NOT to like it. I'm funny that way. Some might even call me jaded. Yet, somehow, oddly enough, in spite of myself, I became a fan. OMG! NO WAY! How can that be? OKay, moving forward, people...

If you aren't familiar with the show, it's about a normal, teenage girl that isn't all that popular, but she does have a couple of best friends forever (BFF) that she knows she can always count on, as well as her dad and brother. They know they can always count on her, too. BUT, the coolest part is that Miley Stewart also leads an amazing double life as teen pop sensation, Hannah Montana! Only she doesn't want to let anyone outside of her tight-knit circle of friends and family know the truth about her secret life, because she doesn't want to be treated differently and hounded by the paparazzi because of it. She loves her life!

If you are a big fan of Hannah Montana, you should totally check out the DVD, Hannah Montana: Livin' The Rock Star Life! It has the (the very first) pilot episode, plus the second, third and fourth episodes in the series, which all help to explain why things are the way they are on the show. Plus, all of the episodes are so funny! For some strange reason, they put the pilot as episode number two, so you will have to wait till my next article to hear about THAT super-awesome episode. LOL.

The very first episode on this disc is called Money for Nothing, Guilt for Free. (SPOILER ALERT: This review reveals moderate details about the episode plot, yet does not give away the ending. Cool?)

PS: to Joshua ~ if you don't have a drama club or chorus at school, look around the website for the community that you live in (be sure to ask for permission first). You may be surprised to find a lot of cool local singing and drama groups that you could join. Your future is whatever you want it to be!

Hi Joshua! Nice to meet you! Everyone is nervous sometimes, especially when it comes to performing. The thing to remember is that when people come to see you, they want to see you do your best, so that's what you should do. Don't hold back because you are shy. Just keep practicing. Maybe join the drama club or the chorus at school. Ask your family to help you achieve you goals. Never give up on your dreams! Thanks for commenting! YOU ROCK! :) MZ
