As a movie executive, there is no doubt he has been a success during his 30 years in the entertainment industry. David Kirkpatrick was the president of Paramount Pictures, and he simultaneously ran Walt Disney Studios and Touchtone Studios. He was the first person in movie history to operate two studios at the same time.
