An Up-Class Condo for a Pauper's Price

Vacation Village at Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida, is a timeshare development. We wanted a quick break from the stresses of life and decided on Kissimmee. We normally travel over from Pasco County to this area 3 times a year and spend a week each time. We were scheduled to check in at 4.00 p.m. We actually found Arabian Nights Blvd, around 2.45 p.m. and headed to the resort check-in building. Two friendly members of staff greeted us and made sure we had our documentation. Then we approached the desk and were taken care of immediately. We were told our apartment was on the second floor in the brand new 8th building. Len asked if they had anything higher and they put us on the top floor, which is the 7th. On the way out we were offered a complimentary orange juice.
We took our map, credit card style keys, and information booklets and drove to our building. There was parking at the side of the building, but they do have a parking garage as well. Len got a cart and we loaded up and headed to the 7th floor. There were two elevators as well as stairs.
We opened the first door and there was a little lobby and two more doors, ours was to the right. The key card opened this door as well.
What a lovely surprise when we looked through. Immediately in front of us was the dining area with a large table and 4 sturdy high back chairs. There was a large framed picture over the table. Looking to our left was the lounge with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, an end table with a lamp on it, a standing lamp, a large coffee table, an easy chair, and a chest of drawers with the television and video player on it.
Between the dining area and the lounge area was a double door leading to the bedroom. The bed was queen size, probably my only disappointment. Each side we had a chest of drawers with a lamp on the top. There was also a chest of drawers with a television on it, a boom box, a long mirror, and a large closet with a safe and a clock/alarm radio.
